Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow architecture and implementations.
• Experience leading solutions design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications.
• Bachelor's degree in technology field or equivalent with 5+ years of technology architecture experience.
• Mentored architects and senior developers.
• Experience working within an agile operating model.
• Established technology direction and architecture vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead technology architecture within the ServiceNow/IT business unit.
• Partner with leadership to set priorities and direction to enable business imperatives.
• Demonstrate thought leadership in modern architecture and technology modernization.
• Transform technology to minimize debt and drive efficiency.
• Prototype and validate new technology solutions with Engineering.
• Define target state architecture and roadmaps and align IT initiatives accordingly.
• Communicate architectural direction and strategy to stakeholders.
• Attract and recruit top tech talent and optimize resource mix.
