Job summary

iTech AG is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to support a federal contract, delivering end-to-end solutions within the ServiceNow platform in an Agile Scrum environment. The role focuses on modernizing and automating customer processes to impact the client’s mission.

Minimum 6+ years in IT with 2+ years as a ServiceNow Architect, plus 5+ years on the ServiceNow platform. On-site Arlington, VA with strong executive communication and collaboration across SMEs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in the IT industry.
• 2+ years as a ServiceNow Architect; 5+ years with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong communication and executive-level relationship skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow cloud platforms and architecture.
• Experience integrating multiple ServiceNow or cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide ServiceNow architecture and technical expertise for a federal client.
• Provide strategic recommendations around technical best practices and industry trends.
• Analyze and estimate the time required to design, develop, and implement the technical solutions.
• Participate in requirements gathering meetings and provide inputs to the developers.
• Analyze and evaluate business needs and translate those needs to the ServiceNow architecture.
• Ensure and align organization goals to appropriate ServiceNow solutions to achieve business objectives.
• Provide input to Statements of Work (SOWs) and assist in presenting proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with a larger group of Business SMEs and architects to elevate technical direction.
• Enforce system design and architectural standards and drive core principles.
