Senior ServiceNow Developer (Angular) at CACI will design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow applications and portals using Angular and modern JavaScript. You will contribute across ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules, integrating Angular components into the Service Portal and core modules for seamless user experiences.

You will work with UI/UX and backend teams, write clean code that meets federal standards, and participate in agile practices to ensure timely delivery of features.

Qualifications

• BA + 15 years applicable experience.
• Proficiency with AngularJS/Angular, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful API integration.
• Experience developing and customizing ServiceNow Widgets, UI Pages, and Client Scripts.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications, widgets, and portals using AngularJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Integrate Angular components into the ServiceNow Service Portal and core modules for enhanced user experiences.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement responsive, accessible, and performant interfaces.
• Configure and extend ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD, aligning solutions with business and mission needs.
• Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and data models to support seamless cross-system functionality.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to ServiceNow and federal development standards.
• Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and version upgrades in production and staging environments.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks.
