Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Senior Service Technician for a 192-unit property in the Montgomery Trace area. The role offers $23–$28/hour, with on-site rent discount up to 50% and renewal commissions shared with the property team. Eligible for a Morgan Essentials stipend ($300 quarterly) and daily on-call pay ($15).

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM with paid rotating on-call.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Live within 30 minutes of the property.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
• Work service tickets and keep the property in top shape
• Be the person residents count on to get it fixed right
