Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in service management or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to all team members in the service branch.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop service staff to build an engaged, accountable team.

• Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and company procedures.
