RoadHouse Cinemas in Sahuarita, AZ is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all front‑of‑house food and beverage operations, including the bar and concessions. You will lead by example, supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, manage inventory, and maintain safety and profitability.

This role requires strong leadership, restaurant experience, and compliance with Title 4 and Food Handlers certifications; open to 365‑day operations with opportunities for promotions and contests.

Qualifications

• Management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry.
• Basic math skills, effective writing and communication skills.
• Must obtain Title 4 certification and Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire.
• Must be 19 years of age or older.

The Position: Service Manager

The Senior Service Manager is to oversee all front-of-house food and beverage operations, including the bar and concessions departments. This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient operations, inventory control, staff development, food safety, and profitability. The Service Manager directly supervises bartenders and concession employees and serves as Floor Manager when the General Manager or Assistant General Manager is unavailable. This position is expected to be highly visible on the floor, leading by example and providing hands‑on support during peak business periods.

Service Manager duties include:

• Ensures guests receive exceptional hospitality throughout the lobby, bar, and concessions.
• Resolves guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Coaches employees to deliver consistent RoadHouse service standards.
• Maintains building cleanliness and presentation throughout assigned areas.
• Provides hands‑on leadership during peak business periods.
• Oversees recruitment and hiring of service and concession staff.
• Enters new hires into the current company time and attendance and POS systems.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, and onboards bartenders and concession staff.
• Oversees daily operations of the combined bar and concession areas.
• Ensures all food and beverage stations are fully stocked, clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
• Monitors product quality, portion control, presentation, and food safety standards.
• Approves guest refunds, voids, and other POS adjustments within company policy.
• Ensures all concession and bar equipment is maintained and operating properly.
• Coordinates maintenance requests when equipment repairs are needed.
• Oversees beverage, food, candy, concession product, and disposable inventory.
• Places inventory orders while maintaining proper stock levels.
• Completes weekly inventory reports and food cost calculations.
• Monitors waste, spoilage, and theft prevention.
• Maintains liquor inventory and liquor book.
• Monitors cash handling procedures throughout bar and concession operations.
• Ensures proper GL coding and invoice accuracy where applicable.
• Ensures all bartenders and concession employees maintain current Food Handler and Title 4 certifications.
• Ensures compliance with all liquor laws and food safety regulations.
• Maintains training records.
• Develops promotions and contests that increase food and beverage sales.
• Coaches suggestive selling techniques.
• Monitors labor and food costs.
• Identifies operational improvements to increase profitability.
• Other duties as assigned
