Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Service Level & Capacity Manager to support a federal government engagement in Washington, DC. The role is hybrid with three days onsite and requires ability to obtain a Public Trust.

You will own enterprise service level and capacity management, deliver SLAs/SLOs, and drive continual service improvement across on-prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 5+ years of IT service management experience with SLA/SLO and continual improvement.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise service level management; define, monitor, and report SLAs/SLOs across contracts.
• Own capacity management; develop plans, forecast demand, and optimize resources across hybrid environments.
• Develop performance reports and dashboards for government stakeholders; present findings and recommendations.
