Qualifications

• College or associate degree in a STEM field is required.
• Equivalent Bachelor's degree may be required for select roles.
• Experience as Senior or Lead Engineer with a proven problem-solving track record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the annual training calendar and courses.
• Communicate training schedules and program updates to managers, employees and stakeholders.
• Partner with training facilitators to coordinate logistics and resources for instructor-led and virtual events.
• Administer and continuously improve the Learning Management System (LMS) and manage vendor relationships.
