Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering; aeronautical preferred.
• Hands-on aircraft experience and problem solving.
• Experience with CAD tools for aircraft structures design.
• Provide shop floor instructions and work with technicians.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Ability to work with a multi-disciplined team.
• Physically able to work in confined spaces and on platforms.
• Experience designing structural repair drawings using static stress analysis.
• Flexibility to move between assignments and handle multiple issues.
• Experience with parts manufacturing methods to support manufacturing teams.
