Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in service engineering or related fields for complex electromechanical equipment.
• 5+ years defining serviceability requirements from development through launch.

Responsibilities

• Define serviceability requirements as formal design inputs for new and existing products.
• Lead field upgrade planning, updates, and documentation with cross-functional teams.
• Author and maintain service documentation under quality systems (21 CFR 820, ISO 13485).
• Escalate field issues and perform root cause analysis with appropriate corrective actions.
• Report service metrics and manage spare parts strategies for installed base.
• Travel up to 20% for on-site support and audits.
