Job summary

HistoSonics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Service Engineering in Plymouth, MN to shape serviceability for Edison System products. You’ll partner with R&D, own the service documentation set, and plan field upgrades while guiding a growing team over time.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives for root-cause analysis, develop service readiness, and ensure compliant change control with 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in service engineering, sustaining engineering, product support, or field service.
• 5+ years defining serviceability requirements from development to launch.
• Experience authoring technical service documentation and coordinating field upgrades.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.

Responsibilities

• Serve as service engineering representative on R&D teams to define serviceability requirements.
• Establish service readiness criteria for launch and coordinate tooling, training, parts, and diagnostics.
• Lead documentation, field upgrades, and verification protocols for hardware and software updates.
• Act as senior escalation resource and advise multiple teams on serviceability and system configuration.
