Job summary

HistoSonics Inc. is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support successful clinical implementation of the Edison System. You will provide expert procedural support, onboard physicians, and collaborate with the commercial team to drive sustainable growth.

The role requires on-site and remote support across multiple sites, with up to 75% travel, and a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, workflow optimization, and stakeholder collaboration.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical expert during system implementation, physician onboarding, and live procedure support.
• Partner with Account Managers to ensure alignment on account readiness, utilization goals, and growth opportunities.
• Lead on-site execution during new site launches and technology integrations, ensuring a seamless clinical experience.
• Identify and share clinical insights to enhance performance, workflow, and overall outcomes.
• Support cross-functional collaboration between Clinical, Commercial, and R&D teams to advance adoption and procedural excellence.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with key physicians, clinical staff, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive ongoing optimization at existing sites to support procedural growth and sustainability.
