Job summary

HistoSonics is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support clinical implementation of the Edison System. You will provide expert procedural support during live cases, train clinicians, and partner with commercial teams to drive adoption across sites.

Responsibilities include on-site launches, sharing clinical insights to improve workflow, and maintaining strong relationships with physicians and staff while traveling up to 75% of the time within the domestic territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, biomedical engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or interventional clinical support (imaging, ultrasound, or robotic experience preferred).
• Proven ability to drive clinical adoption and support procedural success.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (domestic), including overnights as required.
• Must meet all hospital credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, immunizations).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert procedural support during live cases.
• Partner with Account Managers to align on account readiness, utilization goals, and growth opportunities.
• Lead on-site execution during new site launches and technology integrations, ensuring a seamless clinical experience.
• Identify and share clinical insights to enhance performance, workflow, and outcomes.
• Support cross-functional collaboration between Clinical, Commercial, and R&D teams to advance adoption and procedural excellence.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with key physicians, clinical staff, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive ongoing optimization at existing sites to support procedural growth and sustainability.
