Job summary

Beacon Mechanical Services in Stoughton, MA is seeking a Senior Service Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator to manage daily field operations across plumbing, mechanical, electrical, facility services, and fire life safety. This role supports 3–4 crews per division and requires proactive communication and strong organization.

You'll maintain the service board, follow up with technicians, and keep customers informed from initial request through completion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service dispatching or field-service coordination required.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail required.
• Experience handling multiple crews and high-volume workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field operations across multiple service divisions (Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Facility Services, Fire Life Safety).
• Build and manage technician schedules, monitor work queues, and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain proactive customer communication on ETAs, status, delays, and next steps.
• Support field techs with scheduling, scope clarifications, and site info.
