Baker Hughes is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator for Field Services Operations in Broussard, LA. You will coordinate between rig sites, shop, and field personnel to ensure flawless execution of Wireline Services projects.

The role requires a STEM bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in wireline services including 5+ years as Crew Lead, and experience with SAP; project management is a plus. You will drive equipment orders, schedule resources, and collaborate across AMO, Procurement, and Material

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in STEM is required.
• 7+ years of experience in wireline services with at least 5+ years in Crew Lead/Team Lead roles.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• 1+ years of inventory management or service delivery coordination experience.

Mansioni

• Coordinate between rig site, shop, and field personnel to plan and deploy resources for Wireline Services.
• Attend weekly manufacturing meetings to ensure order alignment and on-time delivery.
• Create and manage equipment orders in SAP and review open order reports.
• Monitor deliveries and coordinate with external suppliers/vendors.
• Collaborate with AMO, Procurement, and Material Management on project planning and scheduling.
• Communicate effectively to ensure seamless execution of field projects.
