This role, a single-person team with no direct reports, will provide employee technology support, manage endpoints and asset lifecycle, administer Microsoft 365 and core business systems, and coordinate vendors. The IT Operations Manager, Internal Technology, is a hands on individual contributor responsible for the day to day delivery of Aqueduct’s internal IT services. This is a team of one role with no direct reports. You will provide employee technology support, manage endpoints and IT asset lifecycle, administer Microsoft 365 and core business systems, coordinate vendors, and drive practical improvements to the employee technology experience.
Reporting to the SVP of Service Delivery, the IT Operations Manager partners closely with business stakeholders, Engineering, Security, Managed Services, and external vendors to ensure technology enables productivity, operational excellence, security, and business growth.

This is a hybrid position based out of Aqueduct's headquarters in Canton, MA, with an expectation of working onsite approximately 2-3 days per week to support office operations, employee collaboration, and workplace technology.
