Qualifications

• Experience with homelessness and recovery‑oriented service delivery.
• Minimum of two years working with people who have history of homelessness, substance use, and/or mental health diagnosis.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Must be fingerprinted and cleared through a background clearance process.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage program participants who have complex needs and provide intensive supports.
• Offer individual support and organize community group activities.
• Assist the Program Director and provide back-up coverage when needed.
• Supervise interns or junior staff as assigned.
• Lead or co‑facilitate at least monthly staff trainings or group activities.
• Document and maintain accurate case notes and service plans.
