In this hybrid role, you will manage imaging, GPOs, patching, and device lifecycle while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure governance and operational stability. On-call rotation is required to support critical services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting enterprise endpoint management and infrastructure services.
• Experience administering Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint tools.
• Familiarity with MECM, JAMF, Intune, Tanium, or similar tools.
• Experience with Windows/macOS endpoint administration and OS imaging.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, deploy, and support enterprise desktop and endpoint management solutions across Windows and macOS environments.
• Manage desktop imaging, operating system deployment, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and endpoint patching strategies.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex technical issues affecting critical business services.
• Ensure systems, services, and projects meet operational, security, and governance requirements.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and configuration management records.
• Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support business-critical systems and services.
