Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Document customer concerns and review service history to identify needs.
• Refer to technicians and communicate additional recommendations to customers.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories through product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and completion time; update customers throughout the day.
• Process payments and review completed work with customers, including warranties.
• Follow up with customers after service and track returns and warranty parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
