Evans Tire & Service Centers in the San Diego area is seeking an Assistant Manager/Service Advisor to lead customer interactions, promote services, and uphold shop standards.

You will greet customers, document concerns, quote services, coordinate with technicians, and drive sales while delivering excellent service. The role offers $65,000-$90,000 per year plus commission, with benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• 18 years of age or older; High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicle to identify service needs.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations from technicians.
• Provide accurate quotes with costs and completion times.
• Update customers on service status throughout the day.
• Process cashing out tickets with multi-point inspection explanations.
• Follow up after service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for customers.
• Adhere to company policies and standards.
