Ed Napleton Automotive Group seeks a Service Advisor at Napleton's Arlington Heights Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to liaise between customers and technicians. You will present repair recommendations, document costs and times, and keep customers informed while ensuring quality service.

This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, technical aptitude, and teamwork with service staff. The dealership offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn and utilize technology.
• Experience as an automotive service advisor is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and address all vehicle maintenance needs with customers.
• Write repair orders with full transparency of cost and time estimates.
• Provide exceptional and timely communication, keeping customers updated throughout the process.
• Communicate with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers.
• Utilize Fixed Operations technology.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our nextServiceAdvisor.Located at Napleton's Arlington Heights Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, theService Advisoris a critical role, working as a liaison to our customers and technicians by present vehicle repair recommendations. You will play an active role in the Service Lane by providing excellent service and suggestions to keep the customer’s vehicle in top shape.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to ensure we meet and address all vehicle maintenance needs

Job Requirements:

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Tech Savvy- able to learn and utilize technology
• Previous Automotive Service Advisor Experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
