Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor for Napleton River Oaks Hyundai in Illinois. The role serves as a liaison between customers and technicians, presenting repair recommendations and maintaining clear communication throughout service visits.

Formación

• Excellent customer service required.
• Tech-savvy; able to learn and utilize technology.
• Previous automotive service advisor experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per local laws.
• 18+ years of age to comply with driving policy.

• Work with customers to ensure vehicle maintenance needs are met.
• Write repair orders with full transparency of cost and time estimates.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our nextServiceAdvisor.Located atNapleton River Oaks HyundaitheService Advisoris a critical role, working as a liaison to our customers and technicians by present vehicle repair recommendations. You will play an active role in the Service Lane by providing excellent service and suggestions to keep the customer’s vehicle in top shape.
