Job summary

LCRA is seeking a Server & Storage Systems Manager to support our IT/OT infrastructure. You will ensure reliable server and storage operations while leading a team in enterprise environments, driving innovation, and simplifying processes across platforms such as Azure, VMware, Commvault, NetApp, AD, and Infoblox.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration to support the organization's central initiatives and Texans’ lives through effective technology management.

Qualifications

• Twelve or more years of experience designing, implementing, administering and supporting enterprise IT/OT infrastructure systems.
• A degree in computer science or a relevant field may be substituted per guidelines for certain years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance for IT/OT infrastructure by overseeing daily system operations.
• Lead and execute key projects while managing resources and timelines.
• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for server, identity and storage technologies aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide first-class customer support to all departments by promptly resolving issues and ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Manage and track incidents, provide technical guidance to problems to minimize downtime.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to your team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
