Job summary

Lower Colorado River Authority in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Server & Storage Systems Manager to lead IT/OT infrastructure operations and drive reliability across the enterprise.

You will guide a team, manage projects, and develop roadmaps for server, identity and storage platforms, including Azure, VMware, NetApp, and backup solutions, while fostering collaboration and innovative technology practices.

Qualifications

• Twelve+ years designing, implementing and supporting enterprise IT/OT infrastructure.
• Degree in computer science or related field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily system infrastructure operations to ensure high availability.
• Lead and execute key projects while managing resources and timelines.
• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for server, identity and storage technologies.
• Provide first-class customer support and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage incidents and provide technical guidance to minimize downtime.
• Mentor and develop your team to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
