Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of hardware architecture and design experience for server/data center environments.
• Strong expertise in signal integrity and power integrity, high-speed analog/digital designs.
• Experience with DDR5, PCIe Gen5/6/7, Ethernet, SerDes, and platform management protocols (I3C/I2C/SPI/MDIO/SMBUS).
• Hands-on lab and debug experience with high-speed oscilloscopes, differential probes, VNAs, and logic analyzers.
• Excellent technical documentation and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal SoC, packaging, firmware, and software teams to meet platform integration and performance targets.
• Deliver top-tier test and reference platforms to internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with customers to guide development of custom platforms leveraging Qualcomm CPUs.
• Partner with internal teams, marketing, OEMs, and suppliers to create roadmaps and detailed requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight across platform functions during design-in and bring-up phases.
• Participate in partner engagements on memory, storage, networking, and power delivery.
• Prepare and present platform design documentation and bring-up procedures for subsystems.
