Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Hardware Engineering seeks a Principal Electrical Engineer for on-site work in Burlington, MA. You will lead system- and subsystem-level electrical validation across NPI and sustaining activities, developing plans, tests, and reports for complex hardware changes.

You will perform hands-on troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and collaborate with firmware, software, OS, diagnostics, and manufacturing teams to drive corrective actions and maintain manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 7+ years of experience.
• Hands-on validation and troubleshooting of complex server hardware.
• Experience leading hardware validation and qualification efforts.
• Ability to debug complex issues using schematics and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical validation for server hardware across NPI and sustaining activities.
• Develop validation plans, coverage, procedures, and reports for hardware changes.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and RCCA for failures at various levels.
• Collaborate with firmware, software, OS, diagnostics, and manufacturing teams.
