Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Senior Server Engineer for the Global Mission Operations Support contract supporting the Department of State. You will lead large-scale data center management, design hosting environments for 40,000+ users, and drive secure DevSecOps tooling across Windows and UNIX/Linux platforms.

This role requires an active Secret clearance, 8+ years of related experience, and strong leadership to mentor staff and coordinate across global Consular facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 8 years of server engineering or related experience.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Experience leading server engineering for large-scale, distributed environments.
• Expertise in Windows Server and UNIX/Linux platforms, HCM, and Oracle DB.
• Strong DevSecOps skills focusing on Ansible, Terraform, and automation frameworks.
• Proven leadership supervising server engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center management for CA IT infrastructure across 350+ facilities.
• Lead server installation support across worldwide Consular facilities.
• Design and implement hosting environments for 40,000+ users.
• Provide engineering for Windows and UNIX/Linux server platforms with security compliance.
• Perform OS configuration, security fixes, and Oracle DB changes during deployment.
• Lead Hardware Configuration Management for configurable items.
• Lead site surveys for facility renovations and server placement.
• Develop and maintain server refresh plans with Post/Consular Facility POCs.
• Master DevSecOps tooling and build CI/CD pipelines with automation.
• Act as technical expert across projects, mentoring staff.
