The Senior SEO & GEO Specialist will own international SEO initiatives, drive technical audits, localization efforts, and AI-enabled workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams while maintaining high-quality client communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning SEO strategies from audits to execution and performance.
• Technical SEO across crawling, indexation, site architecture, structured data, JS rendering, Core Web Vitals, migrations.
• International SEO across markets outside Poland, multilingual, localization.
• GEO & AI search: analyze and improve brand visibility across AI tools.
• AI-first approach: use AI to automate workflows and increase efficiency.
• On-site & off-site SEO: content strategy, on-page optimization, link building, digital PR.
• Business oriented: tie SEO to leads, conversions, revenue.
• Fluent English (C1) for client calls.
• Nice to have: DACH/German, Shopify/WooCommerce, Python, APIs, Make/n8n, CRO.

We're looking for a Senior SEO & GEO Specialist with ideally 5+ years of experience, strong technical SEO expertise, and an AI-first mindset. You'll own SEO and GEO strategies for international clients, primarily targeting European markets outside Poland, with a strong focus on Germany. You'll use AI to automate workflows and focus on measurable business results.

Who we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience owning SEO strategies, from audits and roadmaps to execution and performance.

• Technical SEO: Strong expertise in crawling, indexation, site architecture, structured data, JavaScript rendering, Core Web Vitals, and migrations. You can diagnose issues and drive fixes.

• International SEO: Experience developing SEO strategies for markets outside Poland, including multilingual SEO, localization, and market-specific search behavior.

• GEO & AI Search: Experience analyzing and improving brand visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, including citations and brand mentions.

• AI-first approach: You use AI and automation to improve SEO workflows, reduce manual work, and increase efficiency.

• On-site & off-site SEO: Strong knowledge of search intent, content strategy, on-page optimization, link building, and digital PR.

• Business orientation: You connect SEO performance to leads, conversions, and revenue, not just traffic and rankings.

• Tools & analytics: Confident with GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush, and reporting tools.

• Client communication: Comfortable presenting strategies, explaining results, and proactively recommending improvements.

• Fluent English (C1): Our everyday working language, including client calls.

• Nice to have: DACH market experience, German language skills, Shopify/WooCommerce, Python, APIs, Make, n8n, AI agents, and CRO.
