MONSOON is a leading digital marketing agency helping brands grow in Europe. We seek a senior performance marketing expert with 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, expert product-feeds skills, and fluent English to own campaigns end-to-end for international clients.

You'll work in a small, senior, fully remote team across Europe, shaping strategy, tracking, optimisation and client conversations, with influence on how accounts are run and measurable impact on client growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads management for global brands.
• Hands-on product feeds creation and optimisation (Google Merchant Center / DataFeedWatch).
• Proficient in conversion tracking setup (GA4, GTM, enhanced conversions).
• Fluent English used daily for client calls and reporting.
• Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and scale Google Ads campaigns across channels.
• Manage budgets across markets and meet CPA/ROAS targets.
• Build and maintain product feeds for Shopping and Performance Max.
• Set up conversion tracking and ensure data integrity.
• Report performance and provide actionable client recommendations.

We're looking for a senior performance marketing expert with focus on Google Ads, with 3+ years of hands‑on experience, strong product‑feed skills and fluent English, to run and scale campaigns for international brands growing across Europe. You'd own your accounts end to end – strategy, feeds, tracking, optimisation and client conversations – in a small, senior team where you have a real say in how the work gets done. All our work and this whole recruitment process happen in English.

MONSOON is an award‑winning digital marketing agency that helps international brands grow in Europe, with a particular focus on the German‑speaking market. We're a small, remote team spread across Poland, Italy, Germany and the UK. Because we're lean, you'll work directly with clients and with leadership, and you'll have real influence over how accounts are run – along with the ownership and accountability that comes with that.

Who we're looking for

• Google Ads (must‑have) – 3+ years managing Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display and YouTube campaigns, including large, complex account structures and smart bidding, with genuine budget responsibility.
• Product feeds (must‑have) – you can build and optimise product feeds hands‑on: titles, attributes, custom labels, feed rules and supplemental feeds. You've done this in DataFeedWatch alongside Google Merchant Center.
• Tracking & measurement (must‑have) – you can set up and troubleshoot tracking properly, not just drop in a standard conversion tag: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Enhanced Conversions and Consent Mode. Server‑side tracking is optional.
• Fluent English (C1) (must‑have) – it's our working language every day, including on client calls.
• AI‑native ways of working – you already use AI in your daily work (tools like Claude / Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, and custom scripts or agents) to analyse accounts, automate repetitive tasks, and work with feeds.
• E‑commerce platforms – hands‑on experience with Shopify and WooCommerce, and a good understanding of how they work.
• Reporting – you can build clear, genuinely useful reports in Data Studio or Claude, and you're happy to use AI to make that faster.
• Client‑facing – you're comfortable joining client calls and explaining performance in plain language: what happened, why, and what you'd do next.
• Nice to have – Bing Ads, paid social (Meta / LinkedIn / TikTok), or experience with the DACH market and German at any level.

What you'll do

• Plan, build and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display and YouTube.
• Manage budgets across several markets and deliver against agreed CPA / ROAS / CPL targets.
• Build and maintain the product feeds that Shopping and PMax depend on.
• Set up and look after conversion tracking, and make sure the data can be trusted.
• Report on performance and turn it into clear recommendations for clients and the team.
• Run structured tests across bidding, feeds, audiences, creative and landing pages.
• Work closely with our analytics, creative and client teams on international accounts.
• Take ownership of your accounts and their business impact – look beyond platform metrics, proactively spot opportunities and problems, act on what matters most for the client, and continuously learn and adapt as the landscape evolves.
