Job summary

Amsive is seeking an Associate Strategist, SEO to support organic and AI search campaigns across SaaS, e-commerce, education, healthcare, and finance. This role helps lead a small team and craft data-driven SEO strategies in a collaborative environment.

The position is hybrid, with 1–2 days in the New York, NY or Nashville, TN office, and offers opportunities to advance to an independent SEO team leader role.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of SEO experience, including agency work.
• Understanding of current SEO & AI search practices and client goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own SEO strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day activities for key accounts.
• Lead bi-weekly client cadence calls with team support.
• Grow into an independent SEO team leader.
• Perform comprehensive site audits and identify opportunities to improve visibility and traffic.
• Advise development teams on implementing recommended SEO solutions.
• Develop business cases to prioritize SEO initiatives.
• Monitor site performance using SEO/AI analytics tools.
• Communicate findings and results to clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated on SEO trends and technologies and share with clients.
