USALCO, headquartered in Baltimore, seeks a senior SEO leader to design, build, and run our end-to-end SEO, AEO, and GEO program. You will drive strategy, execute hands-on optimization, and report impact to the VP of Marketing.

You will own technical audits, structured data, content collaboration with chemists and product teams, and lead generation measurement across GA4, Search Console, and Salesforce. This remote role offers a senior, impact-driven path.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SEO experience, with a proven record of growing organic traffic and leads.
• Experience optimizing for AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar.
• Deep technical SEO knowledge: crawling, indexation, rendering, structured data, and migrations.
• Proficiency with analytics and BI tools, and CMS familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Own a multi-year SEO and AI visibility strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Research keywords and prompts; map to buyer journey; set KPIs and budgets.
• Run technical audits, manage site health, and implement structured data.
• Lead content briefs with product/technical teams; optimize pages and resources.
• Manage lead generation paths and report GA4, Search Console, and Salesforce attribution.
