USALCO is seeking a senior SEO/AI visibility lead to design, build, and run our search/AI strategy across the organization. You will own end-to-end SEO initiatives, work with chemists and product teams to translate expertise into rankable content, and drive qualified leads from organic and AI-driven channels.

You will report to the VP of Marketing in a remote capacity, measuring momentum with GA4, GSC, and Salesforce, and coordinating with agencies to accelerate growth.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a proven record of growing organic traffic and leads.
• Demonstrated AEO/GEO experience optimizing for AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar, and measuring results.
• Deep technical SEO knowledge, including crawling, indexation, rendering, structured data, site performance, and migrations.
• Proficiency with SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console, and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they affect search, and comfort working directly in a CMS.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own a multi-year search and AI visibility strategy tied to business priorities.
• Research keyword, question, and prompt demand across audiences, and map it to the buyer journey.
• Set KPIs and targets, and build the business case for tools, content, and technical investments.
• Run regular technical audits and own site health: crawlability, indexation, architecture, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, redirects, migrations.
• Implement and maintain structured data (schema.org) for products, technical documents, FAQs, our organization, and locations.
• Prioritize and ship fixes with web developers, IT, and agency partners.
• Structure content so AI systems can find, understand, and cite it, with machine-readable data.
• Monitor how AI assistants and AI search features describe Usalco and competitors; track citations and share of voice.
• Strengthen off-site authority signals from industry publications, directories, and digital PR.
• Test emerging practices and scale what works.
• Guide the content plan with search/AI data; write briefs and optimize pages and resources.
• Work with chemists, technical teams to turn expertise into rankable content.
• Manage local North American presence.
