Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years sensory quality (cupping) experience.
• Ability to assess coffee quality objectively using industry terminology.
• Designation Q Arabica (and optional Q Robusta Grader) certification preferred.
• Undergraduate Degree in Food Science or similar discipline.
• Experience managing a team of direct reports.
