Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Optical Physics, or related technical field is required.
• Recognized expert on high speed & low noise optical sensors and cameras technology & development.
• 15+ years of experience, ideally in semiconductor capital equipment industry with track record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own multi-generation sensor and camera system requirements.
• Define and drive implementation of multi-year roadmap for sensor development.
• Develop sensor design houses and vendors to meet performance, schedule, and cost targets.
• Collaborate with program management, systems, marketing, hardware, SW & Algo teams.
• Identify and implement novel technical sensing solutions to market needs.
• Guide system and electrical designers to deliver solutions as a team.
