Teradyne is seeking an Applications Engineer / Trainer Developer to create high-quality training content for its IG-XL product portfolio. You will work with developers, engineers, product managers, field engineers, and marketing to translate product needs into user-friendly training materials using AI-assisted tools.

You will join a team focusing on training for semiconductor test platforms, collaborating to ensure accuracy and engaging delivery across multiple audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EE, CE, CS or related field; training or instructional design preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to develop clear, concise, and engaging training content for technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI to augment content development.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, web, cloud, and mobile.

Responsabilités

• Design, plan, develop, and edit technical training content for Semiconductor Test products and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, identify user requirements, and ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Apply best practices and standards for technical training, including style, tone, and terminology.
• Publish training content in SCORM and .MD formats to support LMS and MCP systems.
• Review and update content to reflect changes and feedback.
• Conduct QA checks and user testing for usability and functionality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
