Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in EE, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 7–10 years hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing or test operations on ATE systems.
• Proficiency with wafer probers and handlers, including setup and operation.

Responsibilities

• Support test cell readiness for NPI, engineering samples, and low-volume production.
• Oversee setup and undocking of ATE systems with probers and handlers as needed.
• Lead diagnosis and troubleshooting of test equipment, coordinating with engineers and vendors to restore operation.
