Job summary

Renesas is seeking a test cell professional to support engineering samples and low-volume production. You will set up, dock, and undock ATE systems with probers and handlers, and perform device-level testing using lab equipment.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of hands-on ATE testing experience, with wafer probers/handlers proficiency, basic Python scripting, and strong troubleshooting and documentation skills. This role is on-site in San Jose, with safety and quality compliance emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/AS degree in EE, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years hands-on experience testing on ATE systems.
• Proficiency with wafer probers and handlers, including setup and operation.
