Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on testing experience on ATE systems.
• Proficiency with wafer probers and handlers; setup and operation.
• Bachelor or AS in EE, Mechanical or Industrial Eng.

Responsibilities

• Test cell operations: support small-volume engineering sample and low-volume production programs.
• Set up, dock, and undock ATE systems with probers and handlers.
• Perform device-level testing manually using ATE and lab equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot handlers, probers, and testers; coordinate with engineers and vendors.
• Maintain PM/calibration records; ensure ISO-9001 audits compliance.
