Job summary

Efficient Computer is pioneering energy-efficient hardware and software across AI workloads. We seek an experienced supply chain leader to scale from prototype to production, driving IP sourcing, licensing, and logistics for semiconductor programs.

You will partner with design engineers and external partners in a fast-paced startup, handling complex vendor contracts, compliance, and cost optimization while delivering reliable, on‑time IP supply for multiple chip programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years (Manager) or 8+ years (Senior Manager) of supply chain, sourcing, or procurement experience, with direct experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience sourcing, evaluating, and procuring third‑party semiconductor IP, including negotiating license fees, NRE, royalties, scope, and renewals.
• Ability to partner with design and verification engineers to evaluate IP technically and commercially.
• Strong logistics and trade operations experience: freight forwarders, international shipping, customs clearance, import/export docs, duties, tariffs, incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to evaluate IP technically and commercially across process nodes and foundry compatibility.
• Lead sourcing, evaluation, and procurement of third‑party semiconductor IP and manage licenses and renewals.
• Oversee logistics and trade operations for high‑value, sensitive semiconductor shipments, including customs and compliance.
