Efficient Computer in the Bay Area is building a hands-on Supply Chain & Operations team to support rapid ramp of several chip programs. We are seeking an experienced manager who can source, evaluate, and procure semiconductor IP and manage logistics across global partners.

You will work closely with design and verification engineers, negotiating licenses, setting terms, and ensuring on-time delivery in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement in semiconductors.
• Experience sourcing and procuring third-party IP and negotiating licenses.
• Ability to partner with design/verification engineers on IP evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a hands-on Supply Chain & Operations team to support ramp.
• Source, evaluate, and procure third-party semiconductor IP and manage licenses.
• Coordinate freight, customs, and international shipping for high-value IP assets.
• Negotiate terms, fees, NRE/royalties, and renewals with vendors.
• Collaborate with engineers and external partners to align supply chain with product milestones.
