Job summary

Amazon Leo seeks a Senior Semiconductor Product Engineer to design and bring up innovative semiconductor solutions for both satellite and ground terminal products. You will work with internal teams and third-party suppliers to define stage-gate criteria, perform de-risking, and drive production readiness.

You will analyze test data, develop char plans, and optimize yield, cost, and time-to-market through collaboration across design, DVT, TE, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Communications Engineering.
• 10+ years in semiconductor product engineering or foundry process operations.
• Up to 20% travel (domestic or international).

Responsibilities

• Review system specs and define stage-gate criteria for product development and qualification.
• Collaborate with packaging, test, DVT and system teams to drive test programs and qualification.
• Analyze foundry WAT data and correlate ATE with bench results to align data.
• Define char plans and perform data collection across voltage and temperature.
• Publish comprehensive qualification and release documentation for production.
