Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer to advance semiconductor and MEMS manufacturing through optimization of thin film deposition processes in a Plymouth, MN on-site facility.

You will lead process improvements, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor engineers, and collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to deliver high-quality silicon-based devices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize thin film deposition processes (PVD, evaporated metal, PECVD) to improve yield and throughput
• Troubleshoot deposition processes and control plan effectiveness
• Resolve complex manufacturing issues using engineering principles and data analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technology and process improvements
