Honeywell Aerospace in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Sr. Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer to drive MEMS and sensor fabrication in a cleanroom. You’ll lead wire bond, solder, and vacuum sealing processes while collaborating with design engineers to improve yield and process efficiency.

The role emphasizes manufacturing strategy, quality compliance, and robust project management to achieve cost-effective production and sustained growth. On-site in Plymouth, MN is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross functional team to manufacture and assemble MEMS and pressure sensors in a cleanroom environment.
• Responsible for wire bond processing, solder melt, and vacuum sealing processes for Sensors and MEMS product lines.
• Assist design engineering in development, process refinement, problem resolution, and yield enhancement activities during new product development phase of product life cycle.
• Perform database management functions for Sensors and MEMS product lines.
• Manage work priorities and commitments to maximize benefit to multiple manufacturing and developmental organizations.
• Lead and strategically manage semiconductor manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Develop and execute comprehensive manufacturing strategies to drive operational excellence, innovation, and sustained growth.
• Lead initiatives to ensure stringent compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining a relentless commitment to the highest levels of product quality and reliability.
