Qualifications

• Extensive experience in physical failure analysis of ICs and packages.
• Knowledge of SEM/TEM imaging, FIB prep, and cross-sectioning techniques.
• Experience supporting DOE evaluations and design optimization.
• Minimum 8+ years in semiconductor FA or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact FA investigations to isolate root causes of failures.
• Develop advanced FA techniques for next-gen silicon and packaging.
• Provide precise characterization data to engineering teams for DOE and optimization.
