Job summary

SkyWater Technology, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Engineer in Kissimmee, FL to own and troubleshoot complex tooling for semiconductor manufacturing.

The role collaborates with maintenance, process engineering, and vendors to optimize equipment performance and yields in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a BS in engineering, 5–8 years of related experience, and hands-on knowledge of vacuum and gas delivery systems, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or other relevant Engineering discipline.
• Experience: 5-8 years of related experience.
• Experience with High Vacuum and Toxic Gas Delivery systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and management of 200MM and 300MM Semiconductor processing equipment in support of Advanced Packaging processes.
• Drive root cause corrective actions of equipment failures and implement permanent solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement to drive tool matching, availability and throughput.
