Job summary
Harder Mechanical Contractors is seeking a Project Safety Manager to lead safety compliance on semiconductor construction projects. You will partner with project teams and field supervision to ensure safe execution, prevent incidents, and meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in safety management
- Extensive knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations
- Experience in the semiconductor industry
- May require security clearance and drug screening
- OSHA 510 and other safety certifications held
Responsibilities
- Provide incident prevention support and site inspections
- Serve as on-site Competent Person for safety compliance
- Oversee safety professionals on the project
- Advise site superintendents on safety in confined spaces, fall protection, scaffolding
- Investigate incidents and prepare evaluation reports
- Conduct toolbox talks and site training
- Develop Job Hazard Analyses for new processes
- Perform PPE assessments as needed
- Collaborate with technical teams to reduce hazards
