Job summary

Americor is seeking a Senior Paid Search Manager to own, scale, and optimize our branded and non-branded paid search campaigns. You will partner with Marketing, Analytics and Technology teams to build data-driven strategies that attract high-value customers while driving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in paid search in a performance marketing environment.
• Experience managing large, dynamic search programs with significant monthly budgets.
• Proficient with Google/Bing capabilities, and analytics/testing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day paid search marketing across Google, Microsoft Ads, and other sources via manual and automated optimization.
• Drive KPI-focused culture with data-driven decision making.
• Manage and measure performance across evergreen keyword targets and accounts with ongoing testing.
• Monitor competitive landscape and build scalable solutions to stay ahead of trends.
• Collaborate with Google and Microsoft stakeholders and cross-functional Americor teams.
• Ensure automation, tagging, and data integrity across projects.
• Report results, tests, plans, budgets, trends, and initiatives to Senior Management.
• Contribute ideas to the Americor Conversion Rate Optimization program.
