Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Segment Schedule Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead the segment’s integrated project schedule across design, procurement and construction for the SR400 Express Lanes project. You will coordinate with engineering, construction and commercial teams to define sequencing and critical paths.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 10+ years in project scheduling, and Primavera P6 proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in project scheduling, with at least 5 years in large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects.
Proficiency in scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred).
Strong leadership, and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and maintenance of the segment’s integrated project schedule across all phases.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and commercial teams to define activity sequencing, critical paths, and key interfaces.
Analyze schedule performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate on resource planning and allocation.
Monitor progress and generate detailed reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure schedule compliance with contractual requirements and industry best practices.
