The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 10 years of experience in project scheduling, and strong leadership skills. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project scheduling, with 5 years in large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools, especially Primavera P6.
• Experience with self-perform work scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the segment’s integrated project schedule.
• Coordinate with teams to define activity sequencing and critical paths.
• Analyze schedule performance and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor progress and generate detailed reporting for stakeholders.
• Manage schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
