Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of related work experience or equivalent
• 7-10 years Marketing experience with program strategy
• 4-7 years People Management experience
• 4-7 years experience in software/hardware, web, telecom, or consumer electronics with focus on Marketing, Product Management or Sales

Responsibilities

• Develop base strategy, initiatives and business cases to achieve KPIs
• Prepare and implement annual business plans aligned with retention and churn strategies
• Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and market requirements to define positioning
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, finance, and operations
• Lead and coach a team of segment marketing managers
• Execute other duties as needed by management
